What's the best way to clean my carpets?
Most carpet manufacturers recommend steam cleaning. Using another cleaning method may void the warranty on your carpet. Please check your fiber type and warranty specifications.
What kind of equipment do you use?
We use truck-mounted equipment, which is signitifcantly more powerful than portable equipment and infinitely more powerful than a vacuum unit.
In specific circumstances we are experienced and have the equipment to perform other types of cleaning: Dry Compound Cleaning, Bonnet Cleaning, and Portable Steam Cleaning.
Will professional carpet cleaning remove pet odors?
Surface odors can generally be removed. If the odor-causing bacteria has adhered to the backing, padding, or subflooring this will require different and more extensive cleaning treatments and techniques. We use top of the line equipment and chemicals. If anyone can get them out we can, however we can not guarantee odors will be permanently removed.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
The standards the IICRC recommends are:
Residential Cleaning average 6-12 months, Commercial Cleaning average 6-12 months, Restaurant Cleaning average 1 week – 1 month, Daycare – weekly, Nursing Home – monthly, Schools – 3-6 months
How well can you remove stains?
Usually 90-95% of stains can be eliminated. The 5-10% that are usually permanent to your carpet fibers are Artificial Coloring (ink, drinks), Wine, Blood, and Pet Urine. We use top of the line equipment and chemicals. If anyone can get them out we can, however we can not guarantee the fibers have not been permanently discolored.
